The Retreat
Carly Gottfried is an experienced case manager with a strong background in supporting individuals to achieve personal and professional goals. Currently employed at The Retreat since March 2021, Carly assists participants in a fatherhood initiative by helping them secure employment and develop essential skills. Previously, Carly worked as a case manager at Community Housing Innovations, Inc. from October 2020 to March 2021, where responsibilities included assessing treatment needs and coordinating client services. Earlier experience includes serving as a direct support professional at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc., focusing on community integration for individuals with disabilities. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University and a Graduate Certificate in Animal Behavior and Conservation from Hunter College.

The Retreat is a 501(c)(3) domestic violence organization which provides a wide array of direct services, including five core services of Crisis Hotline, Domestic Violence Shelter, Legal Advocacy, Counseling, and Prevention Education.
