Catherine Dryer Rosati possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on facilitation and legal expertise. Currently serving as a Facilitator for the SHARP Abuser Education Program at The Retreat since February 2018, Catherine previously held roles as a Law Facilitator at Fresh Lifelines for Youth from January 2014 to June 2015 and as a Fellow at Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund in early 2014. Catherine's legal career began as an Associate at White & Case LLP from July 1992 to December 1994, following earlier experience as a CPA at PwC from June 1987 to August 1989. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Georgetown University.

The Retreat is a 501(c)(3) domestic violence organization which provides a wide array of direct services, including five core services of Crisis Hotline, Domestic Violence Shelter, Legal Advocacy, Counseling, and Prevention Education.
