The Return Company is a fast-growing startup aiming to solve reverse logistics issues in the Furniture Industry.
A tech-driven company offering furniture retailers solutions for their e-commerce return challenges, digitizing the return process, consolidating logistics services, and reselling through our online marketplace, where consumers will find incredible offers on recently returned open-box furniture from some of the best furniture brands in all major cities across the United States.
By keeping sales local per city where items were returned, we help reduce CO2 emissions by up to 95%.

For us, it's all about providing exceptional customer care, sharing beautiful designs, and promoting a more sustainable planet.

We partner with furniture retailers to help save up to 60% on reverse logistics costs and eliminate return problems with eco-friendly end-to-end return solutions.

Our process is simple:
We pick up customer returns, re-sell them locally to reduce logistics costs and CO2 transport emissions and return the resale to the furniture retailer within seven days.
