Hua Phuong

Hua Phuong is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef de Partie at The Reverie Saigon since February 2021, Hua has previously held the same position at Hotel Nikko Saigon from March 2014 to March 2024. Earlier in the career, Hua worked as a cook at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from September 2010 to August 2013. Education was completed at Hung Vuong High School from 1990 to 1992.
