Judy Perry

Judy Perry has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a Software Application Support Specialist at REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS since July 1997, where responsibilities include resolving software and business application issues as part of a multi-disciplinary team and contributing to the development of Support Centre Practices. Prior to this role, Judy worked as a Product Support Specialist at IBM CANADA from January 1995 to January 1997, providing support for the PS/1 and Aptiva line and producing technical documentation. Judy also held the position of Office Manager at C. B. Engineering, where responsibilities included preparing quotations and managing equipment procurement for oil refineries. Educational background includes studies at Georgian College (1992-1995) and Seneca College (2004).
