Ryan Halley

Ryan Halley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software implementation and education. Currently serving as a Remote Software Implementation Supervisor at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company since November 2019, Ryan leads full-cycle implementation projects, overseeing remote cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and ensure project success. Previously, as a Remote Software Implementation Coordinator, Ryan received the 2022 Remote Software Implementation Department Associate of the Year award and was recognized as the MVP of the docuPAD Team. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Special Education Teacher Assistant at the Montgomery County Educational Services Center from January 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with educators and families. Ryan holds a Master's of Science Degree in Athletic Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
