Andre Blakley

Andre Blakley has over 17 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Andre is currently the President at The Richman Group, a leading affordable housing development firm. In this role, they focus on delivering high-quality affordable housing solutions and revitalizing neighborhoods through public-private partnerships. Prior to this, Andre worked at Gorman & Company as the National Director of Public Housing Partnerships and the Illinois Market President. Andre also has experience as the Director of Real Estate Transactions at Mercy Housing, where they were responsible for preserving and recapitalizing the organization's portfolio of multifamily, senior, and supportive housing. Andre started their career as an Investment Analyst at The Richman Group and has held positions at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, National Equity Fund, Inc., and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.

Andre Blakley earned a Bachelor's Degree from Mid-America Christian University, where they studied BBS with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Theological Studies. Andre completed their studies at the university in 2001.
