Connor Bowen

Connor Bowen is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in acquisitions and financial analysis. Since July 2018, Connor has held the position of Acquisitions Manager at The Richman Group, having previously served as an Acquisitions Analyst. Prior to joining The Richman Group, Connor worked at Raymond James from June 2015 to July 2018 as a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst for Tax Credit Funds, where valuable contributions included supporting the acquisition of 23 low-income multifamily properties totaling $220 million in LIHTC equity and developing financial models. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, earned between 2011 and 2015.
