Luan Mann

Luan Mann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within human resources. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner (Interim) at Waythrough since October 2024 and at Richmond Fellowship since November 2021, Luan has a proven track record of effective HR management. Previous positions include People Services Manager at n-compass from March 2016 to September 2021, HRD Associate Director at CME Medical Ltd from January 2011 to June 2015, and HR Manager at Gold Medal Travel, where Luan advanced from a position in reservations to HR Manager over an 18-year tenure. Luan holds a CIPD Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire, completed between 2002 and 2005.
