Lee Campbell has 53 years of experience and currently serves as the Regional President - Banking and Finance at The Richmond Group USA since June 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty University from November 2010 to June 2017, where they held multiple roles such as Financial Aid Contact Center Coordinator and Financial Aid Contact Center Agent. During their time at Liberty University, they developed a Work from Home initiative and was responsible for supervising a team of contact center agents to ensure accurate information and quality customer service. Lee also interviewed, selected, and trained contact center agents, empowering them to provide accurate and quality service.
Lee Campbell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Liberty University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
