Ben Gardner has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. Ben is currently working as the Head of Product at The Richmond Group, where they focus on reducing friction and cost for customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the product suite. Ben's earlier work experience includes a role as a Customer Service Supervisor at Lloyds Banking Group, where they managed a team of colleagues and conducted quality checks to ensure high performance.
Ben Gardner attended Test Valley School from 2006 to 2011, where they completed their secondary education. Ben then went on to enroll at Peter Symonds College from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued A-Levels in Business, Mathematics, Sport, and Product Design.
