Conor Hoffman, CPA, currently serves as Controller and Corporate Accountant at Richwood Bank, where responsibilities include preparing monthly forecasting models using Compass software and analyzing IRR models. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Auditor at Deloitte and completing an internship as a Financial Analyst at John Deere, focusing on budget analysis, warehouse optimization, discounted cash flow analysis, and month-end journal entries in SAP. Conor is pursuing a graduate degree at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
