Jouber Gatto

Jouber Gatto is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior CDP at The Rick Stein Group since April 2021. Prior roles include Chef of Events, BBQ, and Service at Green & Fortune Cafe, and Sous Chef at Mustard Restaurant. Gatto has also held positions at Company of Cooks, starting as Junior Cook in 2008 and progressing through various roles including Sous Chef and Chef of Production across different locations.
