Richard Hankes

Richard Hankes has extensive experience in performance and operations management. Currently a performer at The Ride, Inc. since August 2010, Richard has also been involved in various performance roles since January 2004. In a previous position as Operations Manager at Aeropostale, Richard consulted with the corporate office in Times Square, overseeing daily operations, scheduling over 200 employees, and developing training programs while working closely with management to optimize efficiency. Richard served as a Corporate Liaison at American Eagle Outfitters, assisting with special events and training cashiers, and founded Rich's Tomatoes, where operations were developed through an effective business plan. Richard's early career included a role at Fleming Creative Endeavors, where oversight of training and operations was key. Educational background includes attendance at Northern Illinois University.
