Matt Murphy, MBA, is a co-founder and president of The Ridgeback Group, a unique member-owned financial services distribution company. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Matt has held leadership roles such as Head of Carrier Partnerships at Bestow Life Insurance and Director positions at Equitable and AXA US, where responsibilities included market strategy and life product development. Prior roles included Implementation Director at Epic, where project management and consultation were key focuses. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from Marquette University.
