Ahmad Alsardi

Ahmad AlSardi is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in establishing and enhancing audit functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Internal Audit and Secretary of the Audit Committee at THE RIG., Ahmad is responsible for developing an internal audit function aligned with IIA standards. Previous roles include Director of Operational & Financial Audits at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia, where a five-year audit plan was developed, and Lead Auditor positions at Aramco and Sadara Chemical Company, focusing on quality assessment, risk assessment models, and project audits. Ahmad holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, complemented by further education from Harvard Business Publishing.
