Robb Beeston has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Robb started in 2004 as a Community Manager for Sulake, a game developer based in Helsinki, Finland. Robb then moved on to roles such as Community Operations Manager and User Experience Manager for Sulake in the Asia Pacific region. In 2007, they joined Network Ten as a Product Manager.

In 2008, Robb joined The Walt Disney Company - Disney Interactive Media Group, where they held various leadership roles. Robb served as the Head of Club Penguin, Asia Pacific, responsible for launching and growing Disney's Club Penguin product in the region. Robb also served as the Head of Disney Interactive Worlds, Asia Pacific, overseeing brand and business development.

In 2013, Robb joined Beamly as the Managing Director, Australia. Robb later became the Head of Audience for Australia and led the company through a successful pivot. Beamly was subsequently acquired by Coty Inc.

Robb then worked at Babyology as the General Manager before transitioning to a role as a Chief Operating Officer at theright.fit in 2017. In this position, they provided strategic guidance and led operational functions. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Management Consultant, advising early-stage media and technology ventures.

In 2019, Robb founded VR Realms, where they continue to work as the Founder. Most recently, in 2023, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at theright.fit again.

Robb Beeston completed their Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the same university, completing it in 2021.
