Donna Ford

Donna Ford currently serves as the Assistant to the President at The Right Place, Inc., a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include providing executive assistance to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors, as well as overseeing special projects and internal processes related to HR, accounting, and operations. Prior to this role, Donna accumulated extensive experience at Spectrum Health from September 2004 to March 2021, serving as an Executive Specialist and Executive Administrative Assistant to the VP of Primary Care Operations and Chief of the Department, along with a role focused on donor relations within the Spectrum Health Foundations. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Johnson Controls from September 1999 to September 2004. Donna holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations at Davenport University, along with a high school diploma from South Haven High School.
