Jenny Shangraw

Jenny Shangraw has extensive experience in information management and research, currently serving as a Cybrarian at The Right Place, Inc. since July 1996, focusing on regional economic profiling and business resource presentations. Previously, Shangraw worked as a Librarian at the Research & Technology Institute from January 1992 to July 1996, specializing in engineering and technology research. Earlier career highlights include working as the Business Reference Manager at Davenport University from June 1983 to December 1991, where responsibilities included managing reference and serials while instructing on business resources. Jenny Shangraw holds a Master's degree in Management from Aquinas College, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
