Julie Burrell is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Senior Economic Development Director at The Right Place, Inc. since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Partner County Team and executing Newaygo County's Business Retention & Expansion Program with a focus on manufacturing, health sciences, and technology sectors. Previous positions at The Right Place include Regional Partner Lead and Economic Development Director, where Julie guided Newaygo County's economic development efforts. An entrepreneurial background features ownership of Pumpndo LLC, where Julie created and patented a new product. Additional experience encompasses roles in sales and business development at Frontier Communications and Sprint Nextel, marked by significant sales growth and achievement recognition.
