Rhonda Pickar

Rhonda Pickar is an experienced recruiting specialist currently with THE RIGHT STAFF since August 2020, after progressing from an Interview & Recruiting Support Specialist role within the same company. Previous experience includes various positions at Varitronics, where Rhonda coordinated sales and marketing efforts, tradeshow logistics, and customer relations from 1989 to 2009. Additional roles in caregiving, therapeutic recreation, and event support demonstrate a strong background in client interaction and support. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a Broadcasting emphasis from Bemidji State University.
