Tracy Deering

Tracy Deering is an experienced Recruiting Specialist at THE RIGHT STAFF since March 2021, responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for various hiring opportunities. Prior roles include Recruiting Administrator and Interviewing Support Specialist at THE RIGHT STAFF, where responsibilities encompassed candidate evaluation and onboarding support. Tracy also serves as a Figure Skating Instructor for the City of Saint Louis Park and has held coaching positions at the Figure Skating Club of Minneapolis, including a directorial role overseeing the Learn to Skate program. Previously, Tracy worked as a Program Coordinator at The MENTOR Network, managing care for developmental adults. Tracy holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing further education at Metro State University.
