Anthony Rinaldi has over 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. Anthony started their career in 1988 as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent at HRH Construction, where they worked until July 1993. From June 1993 to January 1996, they worked at DeFilippis Construction Corporation as a Project Superintendent and Project Manager. In January 1996, they joined Crain Construction Company, Inc. as the President and Chief Operating Officer, a role they held until December 2003. Since December 2003, Rinaldi has been the President and CEO of The Rinaldi Group LLC.

Anthony Rinaldi started their education in 1983 and completed it in 1988 at Lehigh University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, they pursued further education at New York University's School of Continuing Education, specializing in Construction Estimating, Scheduling & Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rinaldi obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1993, they completed a course in Construction Estimating at New York University. In 1996, they became a Site Safety Manager certified by the New York City Department of Buildings.
