Tom Kerrigan

Tom Kerrigan is a highly experienced construction and consulting professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Principal CEO of The Kerrigan Group Construction Consulting & Web Building since January 1995, Tom has developed a diverse skill set in estimating, project management, supervision, and business development. Tom also holds the position of Senior Estimator for Hi-Rise Buildings at The Rinaldi Group, contributing expertise in managing estimates for complex projects with numerous subcontractors. Additional roles include Chief Estimator at Bell Mill General Contracting, where Tom oversees all estimating operations, and Site Superintendent at Westfield, where Tom worked on significant projects like the San Francisco Centre. Tom's education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies from San Francisco State University.
