Michael Andrews

Michael Andrews is an experienced project manager currently employed at The Rios Group, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Michael held positions as Utility Coordinator at both Plummer Associates, Inc. and Binkley & Barfield, where responsibilities included utility coordination, conducting utility audits, leading client meetings, and managing utility agreements and billings for multiple counties and TxDOT projects. Michael's career began with roles as a Utility Specialist at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. and as a Warehouse Associate and Electrician Apprentice in earlier roles. Michael possesses expertise in utility design, SUE/survey processes, and various software tools including MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Teams. Michael graduated from Tuloso-Midway High School in May 2011.
