Rebecca Payne is the current President & CEO of The Rippel Foundation since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the Lead for Federal Plan for Long Term Recovery & Resilience at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Their extensive experience includes various leadership roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where Rebecca focused on improving adolescent health through policy development, communication, and strategy. Rebecca also held positions at the Louisiana Office of Public Health, where Rebecca served as the Director of Workforce Development. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Health from Michigan State University.
