Tiona Moore

Director, Systems Change at The Rippel Foundation

Tiona Moore is an experienced professional in system change and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Systems Change at The Rippel Foundation since November 2022. Previously, Tiona held the position of Director of Partnerships at the Texas Network of Youth Services and the Director of National Programs at the Autism Society of America, where Tiona implemented national initiatives and managed a national contact center to enhance patient and customer experiences. Tiona has also contributed significantly as the Director of Community Programs at Trenton Health Team, overseeing community initiatives and building partnerships, and has experience in project management at AARP, where Tiona facilitated logistics and coordination for nursing campaigns. Tiona's career began with roles at Statewide Parent Advocacy Network and Visiting Nurse Association Health Group, focusing on community health and programming. Tiona holds a Master of Social Work from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
