Aurora Higgs

Aurora Higgs serves as the Associate Director of Communications at A Way Home America since November 2023 and is a Subject Matter Speaker for The Rise Journey since June 2021. Aurora is the Founder of Borealis Consultancy and held the position of Vice President of Clients and Operations at Humin Inclusion Partners from April 2021 to December 2023. Additionally, Aurora contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Virginia LGBTQ+ Advisory Board from August 2021 to June 2022. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (2014), a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration (2019), and ongoing studies towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Media, Art and Text at Virginia Commonwealth University, expected completion in 2025.
