Troy Welch

Troy Welch is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the building solutions industry. Currently serving as Sales Director for the Southeast Region at The RiteScreen Company, LLC since January 2025, Troy previously held the position of Senior Sales Director for Huntsman Building Solutions from December 2016 to November 2024. Prior to this, Troy contributed to Andersen Corporation as a Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager for over two decades, from October 1995 to November 2016. Troy's early career includes military service in the U.S. Army, where Troy served in the 3rd Armored Division and participated in Desert Storm, completing significant leadership training in the process. Academic qualifications include studies in General Studies.
