Gregg played a critical role in opening the first fully integrated casino resort in Massachusetts and has a proven track record of enhancing guest experiences and financial performance across various properties within the MGM Resorts International portfolio. Earlier career positions include key management roles at The Venetian, Wyndham, and Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, showcasing a comprehensive background in all facets of hotel operations.
