Kyle Mariner currently serves as the General Manager at The Rittenhouse since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as the Facilities Manager at Barnes Foundation from November 2022 to June 2024 and held the position of Senior Facilities Engineer at Target between April 2021 and November 2022. Kyle began a career in facilities management at Crothall Healthcare, progressing from Manager-In-Training to Facilities Project Manager from June 2016 to July 2020. Kyle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at Purdue University, expected to graduate in October 2025, and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Planning and Management from Temple University, with studies completed in 2016.
