Rafael Cruz has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant and Payroll specialist at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC since August 2008, Rafael also holds the position of Condo Accountant and Paymaster at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale since 2007. Prior roles include Executive Assistant at The Atlantic - Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide from 2001 to 2007 and Executive Assistant at The Atlantic Hotel and Spa from January 2001 to May 2005, where responsibilities included supporting the Hotel General Manager and the Executive Committee.
