Scott Schaefer

Scott Schaefer possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Market Director of Meeting and Special Events at Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne and Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami since July 2016. Scott has held the position of Director of Meetings and Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. since December 2012. Prior to these roles, Scott was the Director of Catering and Conference Services at Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six from February 2001 to December 2012, and served as Banquet Manager at Omni Hotel Company from 1989 to 1991.
