Alissa Perez is an experienced marketing professional with a background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since October 2015. Prior to this role, Alissa held the position of Director of Public Relations & Marketing Communications at the same organization. With a long tenure at Marriott International from 2001 to 2015, roles included Sr. Marketing Manager for the Orlando Market and various marketing and eCommerce managerial positions within the Chicago Downtown Cluster. Alissa began their career in hospitality as a Front Desk Agent at leading Marriott properties in Chicago and Orlando. Alissa holds an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Valencia College.
