Erica Linares is an experienced Food and Beverage Specialist, currently working at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since March 2022, where exemplary luxury service has been provided to over 500 guests daily. Prior experience includes roles at Landry's, where recognition was received for exceeding guest expectations, and at The Walt Disney Company as part of the opening team for Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, ensuring optimum guest satisfaction. Additionally, Erica served as a Substitute Teacher for Osceola County School District and interned in Social Media Marketing at InstaNatural, contributing to significant growth in online engagement. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing further education at Seminole State College of Florida.
