Heather Burkhalter

Heather Burkhalter is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since March 2023, Heather previously held the position of Sr. Director of HR Operations at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from July 2021 to March 2023. Prior roles include Team Member Services Director at Westgate Resorts and Director of Operations Planning and Scheduling at Marriott International. Heather's extensive experience is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business from James Madison University, earned between 1995 and 1999, along with earlier education at Blue Ridge Community College.
