Becca Shellan

Becca Shellan currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Guest Services at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since July 2023. Prior to this role, Becca worked as a Guest Services Manager for a new build at Disney Cruise Line from December 2021 to July 2023 and as a Reception and Events Manager at Carnival UK (P&O Cruises & Cunard) from November 2019 to December 2021. A temporary position as Customer Service and Trading Manager was held at Sainsbury's during the pandemic. Additional experience includes roles at Princess Cruises as a Guest Service Officer- Shift Leader, Dorchester Collection as a Rooms Division Graduate Manager, and various guest service-related positions at London Marriott Hotel County Hall, Merlin Entertainments plc, and Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Becca holds a BSc Hons in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and has completed an exchange program at The University of Queensland. Educational background also includes a BTEC Extended Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Bromley College.
