Jason Siem

Jason Siem has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason started their career in the financial services industry as a Consultant and then worked as a Tax Associate at H&R Block. Jason also interned at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, where they conducted Lean Six Sigma projects and served as a Teaching Assistant. Jason then pursued an MBA at the University of Miami while working as a Revenue Management Analyst at Norwegian Cruise Line. Jason later joined Hertz as a Contribution Strategist, responsible for pricing and fleet distribution. Jason's experience in revenue management continued as they took on roles at Crystal Cruises and Atlas Ocean Voyages. Currently, they serve as the Sr Director of Revenue Management at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated skills in pricing, strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.

From 2011 to 2013, Jason attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they earned their MBA degree. Their field of study was Lean/Six Sigma Management Science & Finance.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, Jason attended Pacific Lutheran University - School of Business and obtained their BBA degree. Jason focused on business and economics during their studies.

Jason's high school education was completed at South Kitsap High School from 2000 to 2003, where they earned their High School Diploma.

In addition to their degrees, Jason also obtained several certifications in Lean/Six Sigma. Jason earned the Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Six Sigma Champion certifications from the University of Miami, under the instruction of Dr. Howard Gitlow. These certifications were obtained between 2012 and 2013, with specific months listed for each certification.
