Marcin Cieslak

Marcin Cieslak is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in maritime and military security. Currently serving as a Security Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since June 2023, Marcin has held multiple leadership roles, including SECO/Chief Security Officer for Protection Vessels International for Crystal Cruises and Team Leader at both Protection Vessels International Limited and Armed Guard Security. Previous positions include SECO at Columbia Cruise Services and Security Team Coordinator at DFDS. Marcin's career began with military service in the Army, where involvement with the Task Force Military Police and Military Police spanned from July 1995 to July 2012.
