Tetiana Sviatash

Tetiana Sviatash is a Human Resources Generalist at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in hospitality and people management. Prior to this role, Tetiana served as a People & Culture Coordinator at SLS South Beach Hotel for one year and held various positions at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, including Call Center Reservations Supervisor and Agent from March 2019 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Hostess at Texas de Brazil and multiple roles such as Assistant Waiter and Office Clerk with Princess Cruises. Tetiana holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from the Ukrainian Trade Union, University of Tourism.
