Davide Santeramo

Davide Santeramo is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Head Sommelier at The Ritz London since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Sommelier and various positions at The Stafford London from April 2017 to November 2022, where Davide progressed from Sommelier to Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, Chef de Rang, and Commis. Previous experience also includes a position as Banqueting and Restaurant Waiter at Sheraton Diana Majestic and roles at AccorHotels and Sheraton Diana Majestic in food and beverage management capacities.
