Additionally, Umberto has a background in front office management from their time at The Berkeley Hotel, where Umberto also held roles as Reservations Manager, Reception Manager, and Duty Manager. Umberto studied at Istituto Tecnico Alberghiero, earning a degree in Operatore turistico e Tecnico delle Attivita' Alberghiere.
