David French

David French is an experienced project manager with a strong background in sustainability and organisational transformation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The Rivers Trust since August 2022, David is instrumental in establishing a project management function and enhancing project management capabilities across a network of over 60 local charities in the UK and Ireland. Previously, as a Projects & Programme Manager for South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils, David led the Corporate Programme Hub, focusing on the delivery of transformation and innovation projects to support a shared service model. Following a planned career break dedicated to sustainability studies and gaining professional qualifications, David also held various project management roles at Norfolk Constabulary, where significant business transformation projects were delivered, resulting in improved performance and substantial financial savings. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from London South Bank University.
