Amy Sterner Nelson is the co-CEO and founder of The Riveter, a digital and IRL network built to power women working on their own. Amy has welcomed thousands of members, hosted speakers from Robin Roberts to Abby Wambach and Howard Schultz, learned about everything from social media to starting a business to goal-setting from experts, and raised $30 million in venture capital to fuel The Riveter's growth.

Prior to founding The Riveter, Amy was an investment partner at XFactor Ventures, where they invest $150k into pre-seed or seed stage rounds and provided advice, mentorship, and connections to help companies succeed.

Amy is also a contributor at Forbes.

Amy Sterner Nelson has a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law, a BA in International Studies/Spanish from Emory University, and a High School diploma from Upper Arlington High School.
