Raj M. Nichani is the founder and president of The RMN Agency. Raj has over fifteen years of experience in legal recruiting and has held senior executive positions with full management responsibility at two different companies. Raj is an expert in strategic planning, marketing, advertising, personnel selection, training and development, and they have been acknowledged as the highest revenue billing generator for permanent placements of partners and associates for 2006, 2007 and 2008. Raj is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and has helped many clients with their diversity searches.

Raj M. Nichani's educational career includes a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a BA in Theirtory and Philosophy from Emory University.
