Brian Donley

Brian Donley is the current Vice President of Accounting at The RMR Group. Brian has also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for RMR Real Estate Income Fund from January 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Vice President & Controller for The RMR Group from January 2004 to March 2014. In this role, they were responsible for property accounting for a national commercial real estate portfolio. Brian has extensive experience in the real estate industry and is a highly skilled accountant.

Brian Donley has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.

Brian Donley works with Diane Proctor - VP, Human Resources, Jesse Abair - VP, Development, and Vera Manoukian - Vice President. Brian Donley reports to Adam Portnoy, President & CEO.
