David Blackman

David Blackman currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Seabrook Island Real Estate since March 2024. Previously, David held the position of Retired President & CEO for both Office Properties Income Trust and Tremont Mortgage Trust, while also serving as Executive Vice President at The RMR Group since 2009, overseeing key areas such as Asset Management, Dispositions, Acquisition Due Diligence, Investor Relations & Marketing, and Lending Platform. David's extensive experience in the finance sector began at Wachovia, where David served as Managing Director from 1985 to 2009. David holds a BS in Finance and a BS in Economics from UNC Greensboro, as well as prior education at Wittenberg University.
