Michael Carbone

Michael Carbone has a strong background in accounting and finance, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Michael started their career in 1982 as a Cost Accountant at Reliance Products, where they developed bills of materials and set labor standards for manufacturing operations. In 1984, they became the Cost Accounting Manager at AFC Cable Systems, before moving on to become the Assistant Corporate Controller in 1986. During their time at AFC Cable Systems, they were instrumental in the company's growth, eventually becoming a part of The Robert Allen Group as the Director of Accounting in 2000. In this role, they re-engineered the financial close process, reducing close time and incorporating new analyses into monthly reporting.
