Randye Rand

Randye Rand is a seasoned professional in talent relations, currently serving as Senior Director at The Robot Company since December 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team to provide talent insights, negotiating deals with talent, and collaborating on strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Rand held the position of Director of Talent Relations at The SpringHill Company, focusing on talent strategy and managing athlete relationships. Rand's extensive experience also includes a 12-year tenure at the National Basketball Association as Senior Manager for Entertainment & Player Marketing, where skills in relationship management, event planning, and contract negotiations were honed. Rand earned a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from Emory University.
