Matthew Cofone

Matt has over 25 years of experience in building systems engineering, consulting engineering, project management, program and contract administration, commissioning, and construction. He has designed, supervised and administered multi-discipline engineering efforts for projects in the corporate/commercial, healthcare, telecommunication, mission critical, educational, pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment, broadcasting, and residential sectors. He has offered expert testimony and served as an owner’s technical representative in contract negotiations.

Matt is committed to delivering a high quality product for every project that bears the Rock Brook seal. He believes that project success is enhanced by ongoing communication. A supportive and communicative team approach ensures that each project provides an informed, practical, cost-effective and sustainable solution that truly focuses on the client’s needs. In support of that ideal, Matt is active in and remains responsible for the entire engineering process from project procurement through design and construction.

Matt is a professional engineer licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a Certified Building Inspection Engineer (CBIE).
